How does Amrita-Seattle sponsorship work ?

Amrita-Seattle serves vulnerable children living in utmost rural isolated parts of India with the objective of empowering them to achieve their full potential and break out of generational poverty.

Our sponsorship program works by sending a child to school, to providing children with access to tutorials, classroom supplies and libraries, to doctor's check-ups, and home visits, Amrita-Seattle provides children with everything they need, every step of the way to not just survive, but thrive!

How much does it cost to sponsor a child?

The cost to sponsor a child through Amrita-Seattle varies per month depending on the circumstances and situation of the child. You can send your sponsorship amount yearly or in multiple installments throughout the year. Sponsorship connects you with one special child who you can build a friendship with, but unlike in some other programs, sponsored children at Amrita-Seattle don’t receive direct cash benefits.
